WAITLIST FOR SOLD-OUT SHOW
We have an in-person waitlist for every performance that is sold-out. To get on the waitlist, simply check in with the staff at the box office and they will take your information. Spots cannot be reserved in advance over the phone or online. The waitlist is first-come, first-served, starting one hour prior to the performance. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances! Please note, subscribers who have already purchased season subscription tickets have priority on the waitlist.
Once you're on the waitlist, you're free to take a walk and come back, or enjoy the concessions in our lobby. At showtime we will be able to determine if there are seats available. Being on the wait list does not guarantee you a ticket, BUT it does guarantee you a chance!
